Insurance Coverage for Rehab
We Accept Most Major Health Insurance Plans
Paying for addiction treatment shouldn’t be another hurdle to get over while on the path toward recovery. At Agape Detox Center, we work with most major health insurance plans to ensure treatment is as easily accessible as possible.
Many people are surprised to learn how much their health insurance plans cover. Under the Affordable Care Act, almost all types of health insurance are required to cover behavioral health services.
How Insurance Verification Works
Agape verifies your insurance coverage at no charge and with complete confidentiality. Once you’ve spoken with a member of our admissions staff about pursuing substance abuse treatment, they will contact your healthcare insurance company to verify your coverage. They will also inform you of any potential costs — including deductibles, copays, and network rates — so you can make an informed decision before committing to anything. Our admissions team will help you understand how your insurance benefits can be applied toward a treatment program and clearly explain any gaps in coverage and out-of-pocket expenses.
To get started, complete our insurance verification form below. We will handle everything else.

Private Pay Options
If you don’t have insurance, prefer to pay out of pocket, or have costs not fully covered by your current health insurance policy, we offer private payment options and will work with you to develop a payment arrangement so the cost of treatment does not become a barrier. No one should have to wait to seek help due to financial constraints. Please allow us to help you find a way forward.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does health insurance cover drug and alcohol rehab?
In most cases, yes. As a result of the Affordable Care Act, the majority of health insurance policies are now required to include substance use disorder treatment as an essential benefit. Typically, this includes medical detoxification, inpatient treatment, outpatient rehabilitation, and treatment for co-occurring mental health conditions.
How do I know if Agape is in-network with my insurance?
To determine whether Agape is in-network with your specific insurance carrier, simply contact our admissions staff or submit our online verification form. We will check your health plan benefits and confirm your in-network status, all at no cost to you.
What if my insurance provider doesn't cover the full cost of treatment?
Our admissions staff will outline each option available to you, including private pay arrangements and any payment plans that may be available. Regardless of your financial situation, we intend to help you secure the evidence-based care that you need.
